Terms of Service and Privacy — PMI simulators

1. Who provides the service

The simulators are built and run by SPROBA, an online school registered in Ukraine. The provider’s full legal details are on the Contacts page (in Ukrainian). Contact: hello@sproba.education.

2. What you get

• Free, without sign-up: part of every question bank (11–24%) and a short mock exam.
• Free trial of full access: 5 days, once per account, no card required.
• Subscription: full question banks of all 12 simulators, a full mock exam in the real format, an explanation of every option, spaced repetition, progress sync across devices, and the Ukrainian version with the bilingual mode.

All questions are our own, written to PMI’s current Exam Content Outlines and standards. They are not real exam questions: PMI’s exam content is confidential and we do not use it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the simulator pages: in US dollars on the English version and in Ukrainian hryvnia on the Ukrainian version. You pay by card on the payment provider’s page; your card details never reach us. There is no auto-renewal: when your period ends, access returns to the free tier and your progress stays. A period bought before the current one ends is added on top of it.

The simulators are not sold to persons in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.

4. Refunds

Within 7 days of your first subscription payment we refund the full amount if you have answered fewer than 100 questions of the full bank. After that, the subscription counts as used and is non-refundable. To request a refund, email hello@sproba.education from your account address. After a refund, access granted by that payment ends and any referral bonuses earned through it are cancelled.

5. The “3 months free” guarantee

If you do not pass a PMI exam, we add 3 months of full access for free for your retake. The guarantee applies if all of the following are true:

1. your simulator subscription was paid at least 14 days before the exam and was active on the exam day, or you had a seat on a company team on the same conditions;
2. you worked through at least half of the question bank in that certification’s simulator;
3. you took at least two full mock exams in the real format (the full number of questions) up to and including the exam day;
4. you enter a “did not pass” result in the simulator within 60 days of the exam.

One guarantee per payment (per team seat), and no more than once per certification. Free trials, gifts, referral bonuses and access that comes with a course do not count. If the payment is refunded, the guarantee bonus is cancelled. The guarantee is not a guarantee that you will pass and does not include a refund. We may ask for your PMI score report.

6. Referrals

A colleague who arrives through your link and buys any subscription for the first time gets one month of full access, and so do you. A referrer can earn at most 12 such months in any 365 days. Referring yourself, including from another account, does not count. If a referred payment is refunded, the bonuses for it are cancelled.

7. AI explanations

The “Explain differently” button shows a supplementary explanation generated by an AI model. The correct answer and the main explanation are reviewed by a trainer; the AI explanation may be inaccurate. The number of AI explanations per day is limited.

8. Acceptable use

• Your account is personal. Do not share access with other people.
• Do not copy, scrape, publish or sell the question banks. The number of bank downloads per day is limited.
• We may suspend access without a refund if these rules are broken.

9. Trademarks and liability

PMI®, PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, PMI-PBA, PMI-PMOCP, PMI-CPMAI, PMI-CP and PMBOK are trademarks (including registered marks) of the Project Management Institute, Inc. SPROBA is not affiliated with PMI. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam: the simulator is a preparation tool.

10. Personal data

What we store: your account email and name; your answer progress and mock exam results; your real exam date and result, domain ratings, review and PDU records — if you enter them; who referred you; the language you use the simulators in; your consent to reminders. Why: to provide access, sync your progress, send the emails you turned on, and compute anonymised statistics (for example, the share of learners who passed).

Who processes it: Cloudflare infrastructure (servers, database, storage and the AI model for explanations — it receives only the question text and the chosen industry, never your personal data); the payment provider (for payments); an email delivery service; Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode), for anonymised visit statistics. A company team manager sees your progress only with your consent. We never sell personal data.

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion at hello@sproba.education (to delete your account, see section 11). Reminders can be turned off in the simulator or through the link in each email. The school’s general privacy policy (in Ukrainian) applies to anything not covered here.

11. Deleting your account and data

To delete your account and your simulator data (progress, results, PDU records, referrals, reminders), email hello@sproba.education from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email. Payment records are kept for as long as Ukrainian accounting law requires and are not used for anything else.

12. Changes and disputes

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page; periods already paid for stay under the terms in force on the payment date unless the new terms are better for you. We try to resolve any dispute by email first; otherwise the law of Ukraine applies.
