PMP Simulator

Scenario-based questions for the new exam (from July 2026): less “what is,” more “what would the project manager do.” Practice by domain with explanations, or take a timed mock exam.

Our questions are original, not taken from PMI’s item bank: we train the reasoning behind the 2026 ECO (People 33%, Process 41%, Business Environment 26%), not memorized wording. The real PMP exam has 180 questions in 240 minutes with two 10-minute breaks; 170 questions are scored and 10 are unscored pretest items (you can’t tell which). Mock exams come in three sizes: short, full-length like the real exam, or custom. Your progress is saved to your account and available on any device.

About the PMP simulator2,080 questions

The real PMP exam has 180 questions in 240 minutes with two 10-minute breaks; 170 questions are scored and 10 are unscored pretest items (you can’t tell which). The simulator mirrors its structure: domains and weights follow PMI’s current Exam Content Outline.

  • People — 33% of the exam
  • Process — 41% of the exam
  • Business Environment — 26% of the exam

The bank covers all eight item types on the new exam: single-response and multiple-response, 75 case studies with three questions on one scenario each (225 questions), questions built on charts and tables (EVM, burndown, control charts, risk registers), matching and enhanced matching, inline drop-down lists, and hotspots where you click a matrix cell.

After every answer you see why the correct option is right and why each of the others is wrong (hotspot items have one general explanation). Missed questions come back after 1, 3, and 7 days, and the plan to your exam date works out a daily target and your probability of passing.

Free: 237 questions and a short mock exam. Full access to all 12 simulators costs $9 per month, $19 for 3 months, or $39 per year, and you get 5 days free after you sign up. All simulators and prices · For teams.

Prices are in US dollars, charged by card. In Ukraine you can also pay in hryvnia on the Ukrainian version of the site.
